Featuring an exaggerated back pleat that allows for movement to be seen visually on the jacket. With an inter-grated belting system allowing the wearer a customisable fit. With protruding ‘stacked’ pockets to the front & back, tying into Menichetti’s Motocross inspired design choices.

This jacket is from the Autumn Winter 1999, the second season of Menichetti’s short lived time at Burberry, marking a turn of the millennium. With Menichetti’s design’s Burberry transitioned from a traditional British heritage brand, & brought a focus on modern minimalism. Using custom fabrics that brought a sporty techy feel alongside articulated cut garments & ergonomic accessorises.
